What is The Duncan Method?

Regular meetings of those who apply the Duncan method in the long term and who often ask this question.

The Duncan method is not, and by its very nature cannot be, a recordable and closed system. This represents both a disadvantage and an advantage thereof, since it implies the hope for constant enlivening of the method, performed by those who have come to believe it, who have got to know it in depth and who use it in their work.

The Duncan method is based on principles that are permanent and less questionable than a beginner might think.

In order to preserve tradition, we first of all have to embrace the essence: get to know the constants of the method and appreciate the certainty of its functioning that has been proven over time.

That exactly is the reason why we have come up with our sessions – the intention to help you in this quest.
